City Council To Ratify Police, Council 95 Contracts Tuesday

WARWICK, RI — The Warwick City Council holds a special meeting Tuesday night to ratify a new police contract, replacing the one that expired June 30 and a new contract with RI Council 94, AFSCME, AFL-CIO Local 1651, replacing the one that also expired June 30.

The special meeting will start at 4:550 p.m. with a brief meeting of the Finance Committee, followed by a full meeting at  5 p.m. in Council Chambers at City hall, 33275 Post Road.

The respective contracts run from July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2024.  Copies of the respective agendas and legislation approving the agreements are embedded at the following links:
