Traffic stop ends with arrest for court scofflaw At 10:49 a.m. Sept. 21, troopers arrested James McNamara, 47, of 7 York Road Apt. 1, Johnston, RI, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License originating out of the Johnston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

Man arrested on multiple warrants after stop in Pawtucket At 3:40 p.m. Sept. 21, troopers arrested Stephan A. Trotter, 31, of 101 Kenyon St., Apt. 1, Pawtucket, RI, for: 1.) Shoplifting—Felony, 2.) Felony Conspiracy, 3.) Driving After Suspension of License, 4.) Making or Using a False Certificate of Inspection, 5.) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Felony Shoplifting originating out of the Cranston Police Department, 6.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for the Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department, 7.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License originating out of the Warwick Police Department and 8.) Third District Court for Failure to Appear to be Presented as a Violator on the original charge of Misdemeanor Shoplifting originating out of the West Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Thurston Street in the City of Pawtucket.

Trotter was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

Man misses suspended license hearing, arrested in Barrington At 2:30 PM Sept. 21, troopers arrested Lee Raymond, 33, of 167 Castle Rocks Road, Warwick, RI for a third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving without a License originating from the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 114 in Barrington. Raymond was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later released by a Justice of the Peace after posting the required surety bail.
