Editor’s note: The following RI arrests recorded in the RI Trooper Log were reported by the RI State Police on their website. An arrest reflects charges against an individual, and does not indicate guilt or innocence.

WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Aug. 8- 15 involving Warwick spanned charges for DUI, failing to appear, and violating a no-contact order.

Here are the details of those arrests:

DUI stop At 6:46 p.m. Aug. 11, troopers arrested Dibry A. Hidalgo, 42, of 141 Cowesett Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor while Transporting a Passenger Under Thirteen Years of Age – First Offense, BAC Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Hidalgo was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

DUI stop On Aug. 12 at 12:56 a.m., troopers arrested Mark Howard, 32 of 387 Hog House Hill Road, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor- 1st Offense- BAC Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-2nd Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in the City of Warwick. Howard was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult with a future appearance date in Kent County District Court.

DUI stop At 11:41 p.m., troopers arrested John Precopio, 57, of 21 Inkberry Dr, Wakefield RI, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicated Liquor and or Drugs – 1st Offense, BAC Unknown, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Precopio was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

DUI stop At 11 p.m. Aug. 12, troopers arrested David Poland, 38, of 25 Fairmount Ave., East Greenwich RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – 1st Offense, BAC Unknown 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Failing to appear, DUI charge At 1:15 a.m. Aug. 12, troopers arrested Louis Flori Carillo, 33, of 315 Woodward Ave., East Providence, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of DUI – Blood Alcohol originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in Warwick. The subject was transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men’s Intake Center.

Failed to appear, assault of officer charge At 9:06 p.m. Aug. 14, troopers arrested Khoury Delgardo, 25, of 69 Hazel St, Providence RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Assault of a Police Officer originating out of the Central Falls Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick.

Delgardo was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.

No contact order violation At 10:37 p.m., troopers arrested David Alvarez, 24, of 8 Miller Ave Apt. #1A, Providence RI for 1) Violation of a No Contact Order- First Offense and 2) Driving with a Suspended License- Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick.

Alvarez was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, held overnight pending morning arraignment by a Justice of the Peace and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center, where he will be held as a probation violator.
