WPD Detectives Arrest Four in Governor Francis Break-Ins

WARWICK, RI — Warwick Police Department detectives arrested three  adult males and one boy in connection to a series of crimes that occurred during the early morning hours of Sept. 11 in the Governor Francis section of Warwick.

During this period, two homes were burglarized and entry was gained into the exterior shed of a third location. The suspects arrested, all residents of Warwick, are:

Timothy Carroll, 19, charged with one one count of burglary.

Joshua Pichette, 18, charged with two counts of receiving stolen goods
under $1,500.

Jarred Demelo, 21, charged with one count of receiving stolen goods under
$1,500.

One unidentified 15-year-old boy, charged with two counts of burglary and
one count of larceny under $1,500.

Additional charges may be forthcoming.

Carroll was held at the ACI and the juvenile male was held on an emergency detention at the Rhode Island Training School for Youth. Pichette and Demelo have been released.
