WARWICK, RI — WPD April 2024 Warwick arrests included charges for DUI, larceny, domestic violence, assault, stolen vehicle possession, illegal drugs, embezzlement, simple assault and felony assault.

Warwick Police made 199 arrests during this period, according to Warwick Police records. Below are the  basic details of specific arrests, followed by the numbers of arrests for each charge.

Simple Assault On April 7, at 8:41 a.m., Officer Katerina M Athaide arrested Robert E. Corry, 35, of 105 Weber Ave., Cranston, RI, charging him with Simple Assault/Battery. He was arraigned April 18 in Third District Court and released on $1,000 surety @ 10%, $100.

Felony Assault On April 8, at 8:54 a.m., Officer Zachary J Coyne arrested Donald Robert Rose, 60, of 252 New London Ave, West Warwick, RI, charging him with Felony Assault/Battery, Vandalism, Disorderly Conduct, and four outstanding warrants.

Rose was arraigned on the charges in Third District Court April 10 and released on $5,000 (@10%  $500.00) bail, with the conditions including: a Non-Domestic No Contact Order and a No Trespassing order for 244 West Natick Road.

Larceny On April 10 at 5:38 p.m., Officer Connor W Craig arrested Sarah L. Kolb, 35, of 201 Canfield Ave., Warwick, RI, charging her with Larceny of a Controlled Substance, First Offense. She was arraigned on the charge in Third District Court April 10 and released on $1,000 personal recognizance, and scheduled for a court screening for July 8.
