Warwick RI Trooper Log Arrests Dec. 13 – 19
Missed court, domestic assault On Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2024 at 2:44 p.m., Warwick RI Trooper log arrests included a state police arrest of Pedro Hernandez, 42, of 99 Greylawn Ave., Warwick, RI on a 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Simple Assault out of Providence Superior Court. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the ACI- Men’s Intake.
Psychedelic mushroom possession At 9:46 a.m. Dec. 18, troopers arrested Justin Tallo, 34, of 36 Crocus St., Warwick, RI for 1.) Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substance – Less than 10 grams (Psilocybin Mushrooms). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 in the Town of Jamestown.
Tallo was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, processed and released after arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.
B&E, Wanted in New Jersey On Dec. 18, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested George Miller, 30, of 36 Crocus St. Warwick, Rhode Island, on the following: 1) District Court Bench Warrant for Domestic Breaking and Entering out of the Warwick Police Department; and 2) Fugitive from Justice out of the State of New Jersey for Receiving Stolen Vehicle entered by the New Jersey State Police.
Miller was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Warwick Police Department.
Disorderly conduct, missed court for violence charge On Dec. 19, at 7:30 p.m., troopers arrested Wayne Samuelian, 58, of 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Disorderly Conduct and 2.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on the Charge of Domestic Violence Simple Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disturbance at Harrington Hall, in the City of Cranston.
Samuelian was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment at Third Division District Court.
