Warwick Police Arrests Sept. 9 – 14: DUI, B&E, Stolen Goods

WARWICK, R.I.  — Warwick Police  made 58 arrests between Sept. 7 and Sept. 14, including four for DUI, three for shoplifting, four for domestic assault, and one each for breaking and entering, receiving stolen goods, hit & run, and operating a vehicle with intent to defraud.

  • At 1:11 a.m. Sept. 8, Warwick Police arrested Nicole Dale, 30, at 11 Main Ave., charging her with failing in her duty to stop following a car crash resulting in damage to the other vehicle.
  • At 9:27 a.m. Sept. 8, Warwick Police arrested Anthony Guy, 34, at 2008 Warwick Ave., charging him with breaking and entering a house without consent.
  • At 8:05 a.m. Sept. 10, Warwick Police arrested Hector Villa, 35, at Avis and Budget Car Rental, charging him with obtaining vehicles with intent to defraud.
  • At 2:33 p.m. Sept. 11, Warwick Police arrested Joshua Pichette, 18, at 201 Miantono Drive, charging him with two counts of receiving stolen goods.
