Judge: Warwick Employee Must Leave Job to Seek Senate Seat
US District Court Judge Mary M. Lisi ruled this afternoon that Raymond McKay, a newtwork administrator for Warwick, must obey a city ordinance prohibiting him from seeking office while employed by the city.
