Winter Storm Watch for Wednesday, Thursday; National Grid Finishes Nor’easter Repairs

National Grid estimates the remaining 2,529 people still waiting for their electrical service to be restored in Rhode Island, about 791 in Kent County, will get the lights back on by the end of Tuesday, hours ahead of another potentially power line damaging snowstorm forecast by the National Weather Service.
