Wickford Barracks – At 9 p.m. Oct. 11, troopers arrested James Dealmo age 62, of 21 Keith Drive, Hope Valley, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs- First Offense (B.A.C. Unknown) and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Breath Test.
