Gaspee Days Parade 2016: Patriotic, Full of Frolic
One unintended consequence of the recent state-wide tourism debacle was to shed a spotlight on a local annual celebration known to almost all natives of Rhode Island: the annual Gaspee Days Parade, held on Saturday, June 11.
