[CREDIT: CPD] Cranston Police have charged a Warwick man and Providence man as drag races and with reckless driving after their race ended in a crash and injured a pedestrian.

Man At Warwick Gas Station With Slit Lip Charged With Domestic Strangulation

Cranston Police report the man who entered the Speedway gas station on Post Road in Warwick bleeding from a sliced lip at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday was wounded while attacking his girlfriend, and that they have charged him with domestic strangulation and domestic vandalism.

The Warwick Police Department is located at 99 Veterans Memorial Drive.

Warwick Police arrested a Providence man Jan. 21 at 2:30 p.m. at a bus stop at Rhode Island Mall after he fled the Bald Hill Road Target carrying $1,856.87 in stolen electronics, learning he was wanted for skipping court on a domestic strangulation charge.
