At 10:27 p.m. Oct. 16, troopers arrested John Spearin, 56, of 10 Westbrook Ave., Warwick, on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
