Warwick, RI – Sixteen homes changed hands this week, half of them priced at 200,000 or more, a development that was no surprise given recent market trends.
One of the homes on the higher end, 46 Gauvin St., featuring three bedrooms, two garages, and new skylights on 3/4 acre, sold for $330,000.
“The upper middle and high end market in neighborhoods like Cowesett and Warwick Neck seem to be gaining serious steam in recent months, said Matthew Patty with Keller Williams.
” Warwick is very well known as an “affordable place to live” but if you look at the velocity of sales in recent months, our luxury markets have seen a steady influx of sales in the 400,000 to 1,000,000 price point,” Patty said.
