RI Trooper Log: DUI on Rte. 95, Woman Arrested for Non-Support

Driver on Rte. 95 charged with DUI On Saturday Sept. 19, at 1:46 a.m., troopers arrested Jonathan Rosales, 31, of 12 Wallace St., Apt. 1, Providence for: Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs-First Offense .15 or greater.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Rosales was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Troopers arrest woman for non-support after traffic stop On Friday Sept. 18, at 3:15 p.m., troopers arrested Stacy Miller, 32, of 68 Longmont St., Providence, on a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear for Non Support.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 37 in Warwick.
