Serial CVS Shoplifter Surrenders Self

Warwick Police are seeking a woman they say has shoplifted more than $200 from CVS on Warwick Avenue in recent weeks.
Warwick Police say this woman, Geradine Coicu, 26, of Cranston, whom they say has shoplifted more than $200 from CVS on Warwick Avenue in recent weeks, turned herself in Oct. 17.

Warwick, RI – Warwick Police report the woman pictured in photos of a suspect wanted for several shoplifting thefts from the CVS on Warwick Avenue has turned herself in.

Police report that Geraldine Coicou, 26, of Cranston, RI turned herself in Oct. 17.

Coicou was wanted as a suspect in at least two September incidents, one on Sept. 3 and again on Sept. 4, in which she was allegedly caught on video entering the 767 Warwick Ave. CVS with two large purses, selected several beauty products (soap, body wash, and lotion), concealed them in the purses, and left without paying.

Police say she stole more than $200 in merchandise from the store.
