Mayor Frank Picozzi posted a tribute to Mr. Luce on Facebook, recounting their shared experience managing local baseball leagues, including the merger of Warwick National and West Side into Warwick North Little League.
“He was a veteran and a hard working, caring man that was devoted to his family,” wrote the mayor. “The world could use more men like him.”
