RISP: Warwick Man Among Four Arrested For Marijuana Dealing
LINCOLN, RI — A Warwick man is among four arrested by RI State Police today, charged with various roles in a marijuana dealing conspiracy following the execution of four warrants at addresses in Warwick, West Warwick, Coventry and North Kingstown.
State Police report a recent investigation by members of the Rhode Island State Police Intelligence Unit resulted in the execution of court-authorized search warrants at 37 Norfolk Road, 160 Windemere Way, Warwick, RI, 610 Matteson Road, 3373 Flat River Road, Coventry, RI, 41 Industrial Drive, West Warwick, RI, and 49 Dyer Avenue, North Kingstown, RI.
The investigation is ongoing and further charges may be forthcoming, according to a statement by State Police.
Arrested as a result of the warrants were:
Jordon Leighty, 37, of 37 Norfolk Road, Warwick, RI was arrested on the charges of:
Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance-marijuana
Possession of marijuana in excess of 5 kilograms
Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance-Butane Honey Oil (BHO)
Possession of Scheduled II controlled substance
Controlled substance conspiracy
Nicholas Aldrich, age 37, of 160 Windemere Way, Warwick, RI was arrested on the charges of:
Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance-marijuana
Possession of marijuana 1 to 5 kilos
Possession of marijuana 1 to 5 kilos
Possession with intent to deliver a schedule I controlled substance-Butane Honey Oil (BHO)

Eric Swanson, 39, of 610 Matteson Road, Coventry, RI was arrested on the charges of:

Noah Swanson, 36, of 3373 Flat River Road, Coventry, RI was arrested on the charges of:

The search of the locations named in the warrant also resulted in the seizure of:
65 mature marijuana plants;
11 pounds of usable marijuana;
4.75 pounds of butane honey oil (BHO);
$29,000 in United States currency;
Marijuana packaging and grow related equipment
Leighty, Aldrich, Eric Swanson and Noah Swanson will be arraigned at Third Division District Court.
It’s illegal for anyone to possess or deliver: 1 kg. to 5 kgs of a mixture containing a detectable amount of marijuana. Anyone convicted of the crime could be imprisoned for up to 50 years and fined not more than $500,000.
