Forged Plates On Wednesday April 22, at 8:16 a.m., troopers arrested Emil Munguia Matamoros, 42, of 904 3rd Ave., Apt. 2FL, Elizabeth, New Jersey for 1) Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates and 2) Giving False Documents to Public Official.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. Matamoros was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and misdemeanor released with a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.
No Contact Order Violation At 12:46 p.m. April 25, troopers arrested Christopher Wood, 32, of 36 Victory Highway, West Greenwich, Rhode Island for 1.) Violation of a No Contact Order – 1st Offense.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks for processing before being turned over to the Adult Correction’s Institute – Men’s Intake Center as a Probation Violator.
At 12:46 p.m., April 25, troopers arrested Ann Marie Stafford, age 33, of 56 Maple Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstruction of Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
Missed Court, Shoplifting, Illegal Drug Possession At 1:36 a.m, April 27, troopers arrested Julie Mathers, 51, of 17 Fischer Road, North Kingstown, Rhode Island for 1.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Shoplifting – 2nd Offense originating out of the Coventry Police Department, 2.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V originating out of the Coventry Police Department, 3.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V originating out of the Coventry Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women’s Intake Center.
