WARWICK, RI — With little more than stretches of sidewalk, a still closed off section of Centerville Road in front of Cumberland Farms, and signs left undone, the Apponaug Circulator Project seems on track to meet RIDOT’s long-standing goal of substantial completion by the fall.

RIDOT has noted the following weekday alerts for motorists in Warwick as finishing touches on the project continue, along with some anticipated delays and detours for bridge inspections:

Warwick: Motorists may experience intermittent lane closures for project wide clean up and signage installation within the Apponaug Circulator Project, including Post Rd., Veterans Memorial Dr., Veterans Memorial Dr. Extension and Centerville Rd., Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Warwick: Rte. 1 North and South, from Williamsburg Dr. to Thurber St., right lane closures for a bridge inspection, Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Warwick: Rte. 115 (Toll Gate Rd.) East and West, from Orchard Ave. to Craig Rd., right shoulder closures for a bridge inspection, Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Warwick: Rte. 117 (Centerville Rd.) East and West, between the off-and on-ramps at I-95, right lane closed for a bridge inspection, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
West Warwick: Rte. 115 (Main St.) South, from Clyde St. to Maple Ave., right shoulder closed for a bridge inspection, Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
