COVENTRY, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Feb. 1 – 9  concerning Coventry arrests and West Warwick arrests involved charges for missed court and DUI.

Here are the basics on those RI Trooper Log arrests:

Missed court, DUI charge On Monday, Feb. 5, at 10:47 a.m., troopers arrested Gary Lefrancois, 55, of 17 Station St., Coventry, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Hold Without Bail Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of DUI of Liquor- Blood Alcohol originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street in Coventry.

Lefrancois was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed then transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

DUI, East Greenwich stop On Friday, Feb. 9, at 10:03 p.m., troopers arrested Jessica Putrino, 34, of 21 West Warwick Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Division Street in the Town of East Greenwich. Putrino was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
