

WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Feb. 1 – 7 concerning Warwick involved charges for a no-contact order violation and presenting false documents.
Here are the basics on those RI Trooper Log arrests:
Vandalism, road rage At 4:03 p.m. Feb. 2, troopers arrested John Dugan, 58, of 6 Aubin Avenue, Warren, Rhode Island, for 1.) Throwing Articles From a Moving Vehicle and 2.) Vandalism and Malicious Destruction of Property.
The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a road rage incident on Rte. 95 in Warwick and a subsequent Barracks investigation. Mr. Dugan was processed at the Wickford Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
DUI, Rte. 95 At 1:36 a.m. Feb. 5, Troopers arrested Stephano Gigliotti, age 35 for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – B.A.C Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in Warwick. Gigliotti was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
Warrants: Hit & Run, Reckless Driving, Shoplifting On Feb. 6, at 7:30 p.m., troopers arrested Dusti Turner, 36, of 460 Pine Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for a 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Leaving the Scene of Accident Resulting to Damage of Attended Vehicle, and Reckless Driving, originating out of the Johnston Police Department, 2.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for HWOB 32F Filed on the charge of Shoplifting- Second Offense, originating out of the Warwick Police Department, and 3.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for $2500.00 Surety Failure to Appear for Review on the charge of Shoplifting, originating out of the East Greenwich Police Department.
The was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. Turner was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Johnston Police Department.
Sex Offender, Failing to Register On Feb. 6, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Lew Crawford, age 52, of 80 Broad Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Warwick Police Department for Failure to Register as a Level II Sex Offender. Crawford was turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
Wanted, felony shoplifting At 3 p.m. Feb. 7, troopers arrested Cristina Paliotti, 32 of 10B N Castle Way, Charlestown, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge of Felony Shoplifting –2nd Offense originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Paliotti was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
