WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the RI Trooper Log July 25 -Aug. 2 involved charges for violating a protection order and DUI.
Here are the basics on those RI State Police Warwick arrests:
Warwick stop, protection order violation At 8:55 p.m. Aug. 1, troopers arrested Nathan Patterson, 26, of 503 Middle Highway, Barrington, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for 1.) Violation of Protection Order, originating out of the Barrington Police Department.
The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Patterson was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Barrington Police Department.
Rte. 95 traffic stop, DUI At 11:45 p.m. Aug. 1, troopers arrested Eric Pinault, 35, of 154 Congdon St., Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense.
The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Pinault was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.
