WARWICK, RI —  Arrests in the RI Trooper Log this week  in, nearby and involving Warwick included arrests for missing court on various charges.

Traffic stop nabs man wanted for missing court on larceny charge At 3:01 p.m. March 27 troopers arrested David Staradumsky, 35, of 112 Staples Ave. Warwick, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Review on the original charge of Larceny over $1,500 originating from the Coventry Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Avenue, in the City of Warwick.

Staradumsky was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution, Men’s Intake Center

Troopers arrest man for missing sentencing on suspended license charge At 5:30 p.m. March 27 troopers arrested Christopher Love, 36, of 94 Warren Ave., East Providence, RI, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant or Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating from the Brown University Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Toll Gate Road, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.

Traffic stop ends with woman’s arrest for missing hearing At 1:27 p.m. March 27, troopers arrested Gabriella Santiago, 18, of 14 Coutu Court, West Warwick RI for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Shoplifting out of the West Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the City of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and turned over to the adult correctional institution female intake center pending arraignment.

Woman arrested for failing to show at shoplifting charge hearing At 1:27 p.m. March 28, troopers arrested Gabriella Santiago, 18, of 14 Coutu Court, West Warwick RI for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Shoplifting out of the West Warwick Police Department.
