WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests  May 25 through June 2 concerning Warwick involved DUI charges stemming from traffic stops on area highways  and one crash on Rte. 95, and a missed vandalism charge hearing.

Here are the basics on those RI State Police arrests:

DUI, Rte. 10 stop At 12:40 a.m. May 28, troopers arrested Dennisah Marrow, 22, of 33 Douglas St., West Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense, 2.) Receiving Stolen Goods, 3.) Driving with a Suspended License – 4th or Subsequent Offense and 4.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a probation violator.

Missed court, vandalism charge On Wednesday, May 31, at 2:40 p.m., troopers arrested Jared Leveille, 49, of 212 Harmony Court, Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Third Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a pre-trial conference on the charge of Vandalism originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of Troopers assisting the Capitol Police Department at the Governor Stephen Hopkins House, in Providence. Leveille was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

Rte. 95 crash, DUI At 10:27 p.m. June 1, troopers arrested Stephanie Giordano, 37, of 105 Canonchet Avenue, Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation which occurred on Rte. 95, in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI At 9:58 p.m. June 1, troopers arrested a 45-year-old woman for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/ Drugs- B.A.C. Unknown- 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest took place as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick.

The woman was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later released to the custody of a responsible adult pending future arraignment.
