Scituate Barracks
At 10:39 a.m. Dec. 19, troopers arrested Jose Diaz, 26, of 144 Phenix Ave., West Warwick, for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Regent Avenue in Providence. Diaz was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to Third Division District Court for his arraignment.
Lincoln Woods Barracks
At 9:49 p.m., Dec. 20, troopers arrested Felix Figueroa, 52, of 47 Middle Drive, Apt# 47, Providence for 1.) Driving Under the Influence B.A.C. Unknown (pending blood results), 2.) Driving with No License, 3.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant from the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop while on DUI Patrol on Route 95 in the City of Warwick.Figueroa was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 11:45 a.m. Dec. 21, troopers arrested Rodney Bustillo Jr., 22, of 1792 New London Turnpike St., Apt. 6, West Warwick, RI, for Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver & Manufacture – Schedule I and II (Marijuana).
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in Warwick. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center.
At 11:45 a.m., Dec. 21, troopers arrested Terrence Davis, 26, of 97 Lenox Ave., Providence, for Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver & Manufacture – Schedule I and II (Marijuana).
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in Warwick. Davis was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men’s Intake Center.
