WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Sept. 6 – Sept. 12 in and concerning Warwick involved charges for reckless driving, possession of Suboxone and Meth with intent to deliver, and misse court dates on a handful of B&E charges.

Missed court, B&E On Sept. 8, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Brandon DiLorenzo, age 42, of 245 West Natick Road #339, Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on an original charge of Breaking & Entering from the Providence Police Department.
DiLorenzo was processed and turned over to Providence Superior Court officials.
Meth, Suboxone dealing charges On Sept. 8, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Brian Ledford, 29, of 450 Providence St. Unit 16, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Delivery to an Undercover Police Officer of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine; 2) Delivery to an Undercover Police Officer of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine; 3) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine; 4) Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance – MDMA; 5) Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Suboxone; 6) Controlled Substance Conspiracy; and 7) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest.

Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on an original charge of Domestic Breaking and Entering originating from the Providence Police Department; and 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for a Bail Violation (46G) on an original charge of Domestic Assault originating from the Providence Police Department. Mr. Rodriguez-Morel was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and later turned over to Providence Superior Court officials.
Ledford was special arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and held at the ACI Intake Center pending a morning arraignment in Kent County District Court.
Meth dealing, officer assault charge On Sept. 8, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested John D. Masse, 53, of 95 Alden Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Possession With the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine; 2) Felony Assault With a Dangerous Weapon; 3) Assault on a Police Officer; 4) Controlled Substance Conspiracy; and 5) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest.

Clocked at 126 mph, reckless driving On Sept. 10, at 2:18 a.m., troopers arrested Krystal Cherwinski, 36, of 2630 Pawtucket Ave., Riverside RI for Reckless Driving.
The arrest result Ms. Cherwinski passing Trooper Cloud at a speed of 126 MPH on Rte. 95 in Warwick.
Chrerwinski was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment in Third District Court.
This is a test
