WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests  Nov. 20– Dec. 3 involving Warwick included charges for DUI, domestic assault, reckless driving, and larceny.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

No contact violation At 10:56 a.m., Nov. 30, troopers arrested Michael Wilkinson, 24, of 10 Mary St., West Warwick, RI for a Violation of a No Contact Order – 2nd Offense.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in Warwick. Wilkinson was transported to the Wickford Barracks processed, and later transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

Reckless driving At 12:39 a.m. Dec. 1, troopers arrested Ousmane Diallo, 18, of 22 Wheeler Ave., Brockton, Massachusetts for Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Mr. Ousmane was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.

No contact violation At 12:15 p.m. Dec. 1, troopers arrested Luis Velazquez, 41, of 159 Armington St., Cranston, RI for a Violation of a No Contact Order.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Intake center where he was held as a probation violator.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI At 1:31 a.m., troopers arrested Kenneth Duclos, 25, of 162 Cottage St., Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs- 1st Offense – BAC Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick. Duclos was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Missed court At 9:20 a.m. Dec. 1, troopers arrested John Cloutier, 44, of 957 Post Road, Warwick, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench for Failure to Appear for a Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Obstruction originating out of the East Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in East Greenwich. Cloutier was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks and later turned over to Sixth District Court for arraignment.

Missed court, domestic violence charges On Dec. 3, 2021 at 12 :42 a.m., troopers arrested Fernando Joseph, 30, of 4 Edna St. Johnston, RI on 1) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Hold Without Bail Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence- Criminal Violence originating out of the Warwick Police Department, 2) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Hold Without Bail Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence- Simple Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department, 3) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Hold Without Bail Failure to Appear for Sentencing on A Violation on the original charge of Domestic Violence- Simple Assault originating out of the West Warwick Police Department, 4) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Hold Without Bail Failure to Appear for Sentencing on A Violation on the original charge of Simple Assualt-3rd Domestic originating out of the Warwick Police Department, and 5) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Hold Without Bail Failure to Appear for Sentencing on A Violation on the original charge of Possession of A Schedule I-V originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mongenais Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men’s Intake.

Wanted for larceny At 11:35 p.m. Dec. 3, troopers arrested John Freitas, 27, of 62 Gray St., Providence, Rhode Island on an Active Affidavit Arrest Warrant for the charge of Larceny, originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in the City of Warwick. Mr. Freitas was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Providence Police Department.

Main Avenue stop, DUI At 2:34 a.m. Dec. 3, troopers arrested Cody Cirelli, 30, of 185 Gordon Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test 3.) Resisting Arrest 4.) Obstruction of an Officer in Execution of Duty and 5.) Disorderly Conduct.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Avenue in Warwick. Cirelli was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, and held overnight as a bail violator pending morning arraignment.
