WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests Oct 21. – Oct. 30 involving Warwick included charges for  missing court on charges ranging from shoplifting to driving on a suspended license, as well as a stop on Rte. 95 leading to the arrest of four New York City residents wanted for larceny.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

Missed court, multiple warrants On Monday, Oct. 25, at 1:10 AM, troopers arrested Mary Boyd, 39, of 53 Atlanta St., Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for:

1.) Fourth Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a status conference on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of Narragansett Police Department,

2.) Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a status conference on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department,

3.) Third Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a status conference on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Warwick Police Department,

4.) Third Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a status conference on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the North Providence Police Department,

5.) Third Division District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department, and

6.) Affidavit and arrest warrant for Shoplifting/ Conspiracy to Shoplift under $1500 originating out of the Coventry Police Department. This arrest was the result of a follow up investigation and locating Boyd on Corliss Street, in the City of Providence. Boyd was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and then turned over to the Coventry Police Department.

Failing to stop, multiple arrests At 8:13 p.m., Oct. 26, troopers arrested:

  • Keyshawn Middleton, 23, of 4469 Park Ave., Apt #1, Bronx, New York for 1) Shoplifting, 2) Felony Conspiracy, 3) Receiving Stolen Goods- Over 10,000, 4) Larceny- Over 10,000, 5) Reckless Driving, 6) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle, 7) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty.
  • Elijah Webber, 19, of 620 Malcom X Street, Apt #17, New York, New York for 1) Shoplifting, 2) Felony Conspiracy, 3) Receiving Stolen Goods- Over 10,000, 4) Larceny- Over 10,000, 5) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty.
  • yron Rodriguez, 26, of 4469 Park Avenue, Apt #1, Bronx, New York for 1.) Shoplifting, 2.) Felony Conspiracy, 3.) Receiving Stolen Goods- Over 10,000, 4) Larceny- Over 10,000, 5.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty.
  • Karron Shaw, 21, of 3961 Carpenter Avenue, Apt #6B, Bronx, New York for 1) Shoplifting, 2) Felony Conspiracy, 3) Receiving Stolen Goods- Over 10,000, 4) Larceny- Over 10,000, 5) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty.

The arrests resulted from a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick. The arrestees were transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

Missed court, suspended license charge At 11:29 p.m. Oct. 27, troopers arrested Zachary Machado, 26, of 40 Anthony St., Coventry, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a suspended License originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Toll Gate Road, in the City of Warwick. Machado was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, Special Arraigned by a Justice of the peace and released.
