Warwick, RI – State Police activity involving residents of and stops in Warwick this week resulted in arrests on charges ranging from passing false documents to ecstasy possession and one family court warrant served.

Lincoln man, wanted in Attleboro, arrested in Warwick at 1:30 p.m. March 22, troopers arrested Andy Milien, 33, of 125 John St., Apt. #54, Lincoln, Rhode Island for a Fugitive from Justice Warrant from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for the original charge of Presenting False Documents to a public official from the Attleboro Police Department.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95, in Warwick. Milien was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute pending arraignment at Third Division District Court.

Car crash results in man’s arrest for possession of marijuana, Zanax, Ecstasy At 2:57 p.m., troopers arrested Katherine Hicks, 27, of 815 Warwick Ave., Warwick, RI for 1) Possession of Marijuana Over One Ounce, 2) Possession of Schedule I-V ( Ecstasy), 3.) Possession of Schedule I-V (Zanax) and 4) Driving with a Suspended License – 1st Offense.

The arrest was a result of an accident investigation on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. Hicks was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.

WW Woman Wanted on Multiple Warrants On March 22, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Samantha Cabral, 36, of 88 1/2 Church Street, Apt.13, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on an original charge of Felony Assault originating from the Providence Police Department; 2) Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on an original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V originating from the Johnston Police Department; 3) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of shoplifting originating from the Warwick Police Department; and 4) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on an original charge of Shoplifting originating from Coventry Police Department.

Cabral was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to officials at Providence Superior Court

Warwick man arrested on Family Court warrant On Thursday, March 23 at 2:50 p.m., troopers arrested Brenton Spaulding, 29, of 55 Masthead Drive, APT. #2, Warwick, Rhode Island on a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment.

The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Victory Highway in the Town of West Greenwich. Spaulding was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men’s Intake Center.
