Editor’s note: The following RI arrests recorded in the RI Trooper Log were reported by the RI State Police on their website. An arrest reflects charges against an individual, and does not indicate guilt or innocence.

WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests July 6 – July 10 involved charges for DUI,  sexual assault, child porn and failing to show in court on various charges.

Here are the details of those RI Trooper Log arrests:

Missed court, domestic strangulation charge At 1:26 p.m., troopers arrested Vincent Gonzalez, 29, of 52 Roger Williams Circle, Cranston RI for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Domestic Assault by Strangulation originating out of the Cranston Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. Gonzalez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later transported to Providence Superior Court.

Sexual assault, illegal firearm charges On July 7, members of the Detective Bureau arrested Jonathan Santos-Perez, 26, of 54 Glenham Street, Apt. 3, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) 1st Degree Sexual Assault; 2.) Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons Prohibited; 3.) Carrying a Dangerous Weapon When Committing a Crime of Violence; 4.) Resisting Arrest; and 5.) Obstruction of Justice.

Santos-Perez was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, held without bail and turned over to officials at the ACI Intake Service Center.

Obstruction of justice charge On July 7, members of the Detective Bureau arrested Genesis Farjardo, 19, of 465 Brown’s Lane, Middletown, Rhode Island, for Obstruction of Justice.

Farjardo was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on $1,000 personal recognizes.

Wanted in Maryland for murder On July 7, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Diantae S. Williams, age 22, with a last known address of 120 Parkholm, Newport, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Maryland on the following charges: 1st Degree Murder, 1st Degree Assault, Using a Firearm During a Crime of Violence and Conspiracy to Commit Murder.

Williams was processed at State Police Headquarters and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.

Rte. 146 stop, DUI arrest At 12:18 a.m. July 8, troopers arrested Brandon Rainville, age 25, of 160 West Wrentham Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of an Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C. .15% of Greater – First Offense (Phase I: .164%) (Phase II: .170%).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North in the City of Providence.

Rainville was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and arraigned before a Justice of the Peace.

No contact order violation At 3:40 p.m. July 8, Troopers arrested Vanessa Romanoff, 20, of 3900 Post Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Domestic Violence Criminal Violation of a No Contact Order – First Offense.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Victory Highway, in the Town of West Greenwich. Romanoff was transported to State Police Headquarters, where she was processed, presented before a Justice of the Peace as a bail violator, and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women’s Intake Facility.

Missed court, stolen vehicle charge At 10:34 a.m. July 9, troopers arrested Cedric Russell, 31, of 1414 Friendship St., Providence, Rhode Island, for a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the charge of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 403 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to Providence Superior Court.

Warwick woman stopped, DUI charge At 11:15 a.m. July 9, troopers arrested Amanda Andreoni, 41, of 59 Keller Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense – Blood Results Pending.

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a call for an erratic operator on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Rte. 146 stop, DUI arrest At 12:03 a.m. July 10, troopers arrested Susan Rodrigues, 59, of 286 Sutton Ave., East Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C Unknown – Second Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 146 North in the Town of Lincoln. Rodrigues was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Unregistered sex offender, assault On July 9, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Massachusetts Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section (VFAS) arrested Leandro S. Gomes, age 21, of 75 East Avenue Apartment 603, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on the following: 1.) Federal Supervised Released Violation Warrant for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender; and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Providence Police Department for Felony Assault with a Firearm, Aggravated Assault with a Weapon and Simple Assault. Force.

Gomes was transported by United States Marshals to the Wyatt Federal Detention Center.

Child porn arrest On July 9, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Ernest Trahan, 44, of 331 Douglas Avenue #6, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on charges of Child Pornography.

Trahan was transported to Superior Court.

Indecent solicitation of a child On July 9, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Christopher M. Leherissier, 31, of 31 Karen Drive, Hopkinton, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Indecent Solicitation of a Child (2 counts); and 2) Electronically Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor (2 counts). Leherissier was special arraigned at State Police Headquarters before a Justice of the Peace and released on $10,000 personal recognizance.

Warwick man, DUI arrest At 8:33 p.m. July 10, troopers arrested Jonathan Kunze, 30, of 27 Whitehall Drive, Warwick, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – 1st Offense B.A.C. Unknown, and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test .

The arrest was the result of a 911 call to the Scituate Barracks in reference to an erratic operator on Rte. 295, and subsequent motor vehicle stop in the Town of Smithfield.

After being issued several doses of Narcan on scene, Kunze was transported to Fatima Hospital for evaluation. Kunze was later transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution where he will be held as a Probation Violator.

Missed court, drug possession charge On Friday, July 10, at 5:30 p.m., troopers arrested Armando Guerrero, 41, of 84 Old Oak Ave., Cranston, Rhode Island, on a Providence County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a cost review hearing on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance – Schedule I-V originating out of the Providence Police Department.

This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the report of an erratic operator and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the Town of Exeter. Guerrero was processed at State Police Headquarters and then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
