Editor’s note: The following RI arrests recorded in the RI Trooper Log were reported by the RI State Police on their website. An arrest reflects charges against an individual, and does not indicate guilt or innocence.

WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests  the week of Nov. 11  involved Kent County arrests for missing court, DUI, and domestic violence.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

Rte. 95 stop, DUI arrest At 10:11 p.m. Nov. 12, troopers arrested Edgar Quezda, 60, of 83 Earl St. Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving while Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs – First Offense, BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Cranston. Quezda was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Rte. 95 Stop, DUI arrest At 12:43 a.m., troopers arrested Derek Rodrigues 33, of 53 Second Point Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – B.A.C Unknown – 1st Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Providence. Rodrigues was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

East Ave. stop, DUI arrest At 12:31 a.m. Nov. 13, troopers arrested Ryan Leclair, 35, of 182 Caroline Ave., Somerset, MA for 1) Driving Under the Influence – B.A.C. Unknown – First offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. Leclair was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and arraigned by justice of the peace.

Main Street stop, DUI At 1:22 a.m. Nov. 13, troopers arrested Jamie Tavares, 38, of 36 Main St., West Warwick, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence – B.A.C. Unknown – First offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. Tavares was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and arraigned by justice of the peace.

Missed court, controlled substance possession On Sunday, Nov. 13, at 10:50 a.m., troopers arrested Ryan Laliberte, 35, of 900 Mendon Road, Apt. #128, Cumberland, Rhode Island, on a Kent County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street, in the City of Providence. Laliberte was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI arrest At 12:45 a.m., Nov. 14, troopers arrested Gregory Mallette, 36, of 122 Colvintown Road, Coventry, Rhode Island for, 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/ and or Drugs- BAC Unknown -1st Offense, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and 3.) Possession of a Schedule I-V, under 10 Grams (Cocaine).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Mallette was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and then released with a future Third District Court date.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI arrest At 9:28 p.m. Nov. 15, troopers arrested Gene Schultz, 39, of 8 Tamarac Trail, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs-B.A.C Unknown- First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-First Offense.

The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick. Schultz was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, processed, and later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
