WARWICK, RI — State Police arrests in the RI Trooper Log between Feb. 24 and Feb. 28 in and involving Warwick included traffic stops revealing warrants for firearm larceny, DUI, cocaine possession, and a fugitive from MA justice

Here are the details of those arrests:

Arrest warrant executed on cocaine possession charge On March 5,  members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Brandon McGarrahan, 25, of 7 Linbrook Drive (Apartment 203), Warwick, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant drafted by the Warwick Police Department for Possession of Cocaine.

McGarrahan was processed and turn over to the Warwick Police Department.

Rte. 95 crash results in DUI arrest At 6:31 p.m. March 6, troopers arrested Carey Kilduff, 32 of 109 Shippee Ave., Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) DUI- First Offense, B.A.C Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of the Barracks receiving a call for a motor vehicle accident on Rte. 95 in Warwick. The subject was transported to Kent County Hospital for complaints of pain and was later misdemeanor released.

Rte. 4 stop nabs man wanted for missing court At 8:52 p.m. March 6, troopers arrested John Ogni, 35, of 1049 Poplar St., Abilene, Texas for 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear, Ability to Pay on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Providence Police Department, and 2.) a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed then later turned over to the ACI-Men’s intake.

Troopers collar fugitive from MA justice At 1 a.m. March 7, Troopers arrested Ariana Trakadas, age 32, of 235 Clifton St., Attleboro, Massachusetts, as a Fugitive From Justice from Massachusetts for Violation of a Court Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. Trakadas was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
