WARWICK, RI — RI Trooper Log arrests  May 15 – May 19 involving Warwick included charges for DUI on the highway and local roads.

Here are the basics on those arrests:

Rte. 95 stop, DUI arrest At 12:44 a.m. May 15, troopers arrested Richard Ferreira, 30, of 1119 Hope St., Bristol, Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/ or Drugs- BAC Unknown and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Warwick.

Ferreira was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court Date.

Warwick DUI arrest At 10:40 p.m. May 17, troopers arrested Corie Vazquez, 36, of 3 Wyndsor Way, Warwick for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/ Drugs, – First Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-First Offense, 3.) Possession of a Controlled Substance (Amphetamine).

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in Warwick. The subject was transported to State Headquarters where she was processed and arraigned. She was later released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Centerville Road stop, DUI arrest At 12:52 a.m. May 19, troopers arrested Pisit Khuon, 43, of 137 Drum Rock Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs (First Offense) and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test (First Offense). Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road in Warwick.

Khuon was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
