WARWICK, RI — State Police arrests in the RI Trooper Log between April 7 and April 12 in and involving Warwick included charges for cocaine delivery, DUI, and assault.
Here are the details of those arrests:
Traffic stop ends in arrest for violating protection order At 12:36 a.m. April 8, troopers arrested Seth Perry, 23, of 1342 Main St., Apt. #5, West Warwick, Rhode Island for Violation of Protection Order.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick.
Pawtucket man arrested at DMV on cocaine delivery warrant On April 8, 2019 at 1:10 p.m., troopers arrested Shelton Mann, 36 of 747 Main St., Apt. 2 Pawtucket, RI for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of the Warwick Police Department for Delivery Schedule IV (cocaine).
The arrest was the result of Mann visiting the Department of Motor Vehicles where he was taken into custody. Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
Missed court on shoplifting warrant At 2 a.m. April 9, troopers arrested Stephen Mignacca, 34, of 42 Coulters Rd, Cranston, RI on a Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant – hold without bail for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Shoplifting Second Offense originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the Town of Exeter. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake
Missed court on driving without consent charge At 10:31 a.m. April 9, troopers arrested Douglas Allen, 46, of 50 Duane St., Warwick, Rhode Island for an active Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Restitution Payment on the original charge of Driving without Consent of Owner.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and turned over to Providence Superior Court.
Missed court on suspended license charge At 1:40 p.m. April 9, troopers arrested Antonio Vanover, 49, of 148 Manning St., Warwick, Rhode Island for an active Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
This arrest was the result of troopers locating the subject at his residence. Vanover was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and turned over to Third District Court.
Troopers arrest Warwick man at home on warrant for assault At 8 a.m. April 10, troopers arrested Jared Stearns, 31, of 99 Curson St., West Warwick, Rhode Island for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Simple Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of Troopers locating the subject at his residence. Stearns was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
DUI arrest on Rte. 95 At 12:45 a.m., April 11, troopers arrested Brandon Shular, 24, of 74 Johnson Ave, Stratford, CT for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – 1st Offense BAC Unknown 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick.
DUI arrest on Post Road At 1:25 a.m. April 11 Troopers arrested William Imbeault, 49, of 3595 Post Rd, APT #27103, Warwick, RI, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – 1st Offense BAC Unknown 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road in the City of Warwick.
