WARWICK, RI — State Police arrests in the RI Trooper Log between April 7 and April 12 in and involving Warwick included charges for cocaine delivery, DUI, and assault.

Here are the details of those arrests:

Trafficstop ends in arrest for violating protection order At12:36 a.m. April 8, troopers arrested Seth Perry, 23, of 1342 Main St., Apt.#5, West Warwick, Rhode Island for Violation of Protection Order.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehiclestop on Bald Hill Road in the City of Warwick.

Pawtucket man arrested at DMV on cocainedelivery warrant On April8, 2019 at 1:10 p.m., troopers arrested Shelton Mann, 36 of 747 Main St., Apt.2 Pawtucket, RI for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of the Warwick PoliceDepartment for Delivery Schedule IV (cocaine).

The arrest wasthe result of Mann visiting the Department of Motor Vehicles where he was takeninto custody. Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he wasprocessed and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

Missed court on shoplifting warrant At 2 a.m. April 9, troopers arrestedStephen Mignacca, 34, of 42 Coulters Rd, Cranston, RI on a Kent County SuperiorCourt Bench Warrant – hold without bail for Failure to Appear for Arraignment

The arrest wasthe result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 in the Town of Exeter. Subjectwas transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and laterturned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men’s Intake

Missed court on driving without consentcharge At 10:31 a.m.April 9, troopers arrested Douglas Allen, 46, of 50 Duane St., Warwick, RhodeIsland for an active Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failureto Appear for Restitution Payment on the original charge of Driving withoutConsent of Owner.

The arrest wasthe result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, in the Town of West Warwick.The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and turnedover to Providence Superior Court.

Missed court on suspended license charge At 1:40 p.m. April 9, troopers arrestedAntonio Vanover, 49, of 148 Manning St., Warwick, Rhode Island for an activeThird District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a PretrialConference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended Licenseoriginating out of the Warwick Police Department.

This arrestwas the result of troopers locating the subject at his residence. Vanover wastransported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and turned over to ThirdDistrict Court.

warrant for assault At 8a.m. April 10, troopers arrested Jared Stearns, 31, of 99 Curson St., WestWarwick, Rhode Island for an active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the chargeof Simple Assault originating out of the Warwick Police Department.

The arrest wasthe result of Troopers locating the subject at his residence. Stearns wastransported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed andturned over to the Warwick Police Department.

DUI arrest on Rte. 95 At 12:45 a.m., April 11, troopersarrested Brandon Shular, 24, of 74 Johnson Ave, Stratford, CT for 1) DrivingUnder the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – 1st Offense BACUnknown 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest wasa result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick.

DUI arrest on Post Road At 1:25 a.m. April 11 Troopers arrestedWilliam Imbeault, 49, of 3595 Post Rd, APT #27103, Warwick, RI, for 1) DrivingUnder the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs – 1st Offense BACUnknown 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest wasa result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road in the City of Warwick.
