WARWICK, RI —  Arrests in the RI Trooper Log between Nov. 27  and Dec. 3 in, nearby and involving Warwick were for offenses including DUI charges and a drug possession with intent to deliver charge.

Troopers arrest driver on DUI charge on Rte. 295 At 3:45 p.m. Nov. 27, troopers arrested Jamie Boyles, 26, of 276 Thatcher St., East Providence, RI for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – 1st Offense / BAC Unknown, and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the area of an erratic operator on Rte. 295 in the City of Warwick. Boyles was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, appeared before the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

Troopers arrest Twin River dealer on drug possession charge At 3 p.m. Dec. 1, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Connor E. Evans, 31, of 1 Willow Glen Circle, Apt #45, Warwick, RI for Possession with Intent to Deliver Schedule IV/V.

The arrest was the result of a Gaming Enforcement Unit investigation at Twin River Casino, where Mr. Evans is a table games dealer. Evans was taken into custody without incident, transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Bail Commissioner, and released with a future court date after posting $5,000 surety bail.

Rte. 95 stop ends in DUI arrest At 2:30 a.m. Dec. 2 Troopers arrested Nicholas Adamonis, 31, of 1759 Main St., West Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs- First Offense B.A.C .15 or Greater.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick.
