RI Trooper Log: Arrests for Domestic Damage Warrant, DUI

Editor’s note: The following Warwick, RI area arrests recorded in the RI Trooper Log were reported by the RI State Police on their website. An arrest reflects charges against an individual, and does not indicate guilt or innocence.

WARWICK, RI —  Arrests in the RI Trooper Log between Nov. 7 and Nov. 13 in, nearby and involving Warwick were for offenses including a DUI arrest and man wanted for missing court and for a domestic damage charge.

Traffic stop ends with warrant arrest On Nov. 11, at 12:20 a.m., troopers arrested Ernest Quezada, 32, of 47 Vandewater St., Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Kent County Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear for a hearing on the charge of identity fraud originating out of the Warwick Police Department; and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest warrant out of the Warwick Police Department for domestic malicious damage.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Quezada was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and then turned over to the Warwick Police Department.

Traffic stop leads to DUI arrest At 1 a.m. Nov. 13, troopers arrested Lucas E Kane, 20, of 10 Overhill Drive Warwick, Rhode Island for 1) DUI First Offense-BAC Unknown 2) Refusal To Submit To A Chemical Test.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 South in Warwick.
