WARWICK, RI —  Arrests in the RI Trooper Log this week in, nearby and involving Warwick included charges of conspiracy and disorderly conduct.
Here are the details of those arrests:
Troopers arrest woman wanted for missing court on conspiracy, obstruction charges On Feb. 27, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Danielle Demaio, 34, of 72 Eliza Street, Apt.2, Providence, Rhode Island, on the following charges: 1.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Conspiracy-Violation of Controlled Substance Act originating from the Warwick Police Department; and 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on an original charge of Obstructing a Police Officer originating from the Warwick Police Department.
Demaio was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and subsequently turned over to Kent County Superior Court officials.
Troopers arrest man wanted for disorderly conduct At 5:10 p.m. March 1, troopers arrested Edwin Lopez, 24, of 8 Sheridan St., Central Falls, RI for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Lincoln Police Department on the original charge of Disorderly Conduct.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Toll Gate Road in Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and turned over to the Lincoln Police Department.
