Missed court, suspended license charge At 11:40 p.m. Nov. 27, troopers arrested Aisha Wilcox, 38, of 42 Washington St., Central Falls, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the Original Charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked License, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Wilcox was processed at the State Police Wickford Barracks and released by a Justice of the Peace with a future Sixth District Court date.
DUI, Rte. 95 stop On Nov. 28 at 1:16 a.m., troopers arrested Michael Earle, 40, of 66 Alabama Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – First Offense (BAC Unknown) and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Cranston. Earle was transported to the B.A.T. Mobile where he was processed and released with a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.
Man Walking on Rte. 95 arrested for receiving stolen goods At 2:40 p.m., troopers arrested Shaun Turell, 46, of 1500 Waters Place, Bronx, New York, for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods, this arrest was the result of troopers responding to reports of a road walker on Rte. 95 in Warwick, and subsequent investigation.
Turell was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the ACI-Men’s Intake Center.
Rte. 95 stop, missed court, suspended license On Tuesday Dec. 3 at 9:52 a.m., troopers arrested Harry Luiz, 39, of 237 Rathbun St., Woonsocket, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Suspended License originating out of State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 North in Warwick. Luiz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Sixth Division District Court.
Jefferson Blvd. arrest, possession of Large Capacity Feeing Devices (firearms) At 8:35 a.m. Dec. 4, troopers arrested Juan Lora, 32, of 76 Maple Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for two counts of Large Capacity Feeding Devices, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard, in Warwick. Lora was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
