Missed court, illegal fireworks possession charge On Sunday, Dec. 22, at 12:54 a.m., troopers arrested Phow Him, 24, of 1 Shippen Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on the charge of Possession of Fireworks originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North, in Providence. Him was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

Rte. 37 crash, DUI charge At 6:01 p.m. Dec. 22, troopers arrested Joseph Miozza, 42, of 11 Hines Farm Road, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – B.A.C Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-Second Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 37 in the City of Warwick. Miozza was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.

Jefferson Boulevard stop, shoplifting warrant On Friday Dec. 27 at 3:47 p.m., troopers arrested Jennifer Remuck, 47, of 11 Jasper St. Providence, Rhode Island on Sixth District Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Shoplifting, originating out of the Providence Police Department.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard in the City of Warwick. Remuck was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barrack and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Women’s Intake Center.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI charge At 2:22 a.m. Dec. 28, troopers arrested Richard Santos Giron, 28, of 14 Hickory Road, Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense and 3.) Operation of Motor Vehicle on a Suspended License- Fourth Offense.

The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Giron was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator.
