
WARWICK, RI — Warwick arrests in the RI Trooper Log Sept. 18 – 25 involved charges for Larceny, DUI on Rte. 95 through the city, and a missed court hearing.
Here are the basics on those RI State Police Warwick arrests: WPD warrant for larceny On Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 10:44 a.m., troopers arrested Anthony Dinitto, 45, of 1463 Warwick Ave., Warwick , Rhode Island on 1) Active Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Larceny Under $1,500 and Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards Under $100 originating out of the Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broadway in Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Warwick Police Department.
Rte. 95 stop, DUI charge At 1:55 a.m. Sept. 25, troopers, assisted by Acting Corporal D’Angelo, arrested Ishani Banerjee 37, of 28 Oaklawn Avenue Apt. #305, Cranston Rhode Island for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Rte. 95 Warwick. Banerjee was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
Missed Court, Quaker Lane stop At 10:43 p.m. Sept. 25, troopers arrested Adamary Liranzo Mata, 25, of 76 Earl Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with Expired License out of the West Warwick Police Department.
The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Quaker Lane in Warwick. Ms. Liranzo Mata was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
