Warwick, RI — The city had its highest sales week to date, with 25 properties changing hands in Warwick through April 9, 2015, surpassing the 22 sales during the week of Feb. 26.
This weeks’ sales included a Colonial right on the water in Conimicut, a Cape in Buttonwoods and a 1900 Colonial that both sold at list, and a Ranch on Strawberry Field that went above asking price.
