PROVIDENCE, RI — On Jan. 24, the Statewide Grand Jury returned indictments charging two Providence men with a Warwick sexual assault.
According to RI Attorney General Peter Neronha’s office, the acts leading to the charges occurred in Warwick on March 6, 2021.

On January 24, 2022, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Francisco Vasquez with one count of first-degree sexual assault. The alleged acts occurred in the city of Warwick sometime on or about March 6, 2021. The Warwick Police Department conducted the investigation. The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on February 11, 2022 in Kent County Superior Court.
Hector Ramirez (age 37)

On January 24, 2022, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Hector Ramirez with three counts of first-degree sexual assault. The alleged acts occurred in the city of Warwick sometime on or about March 6, 2021. The Warwick Police Department conducted the investigation.
