Frank Pepe’s Opens Warwick Location off Bald Hill Road

WARWICK, RI — Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana, opened its first Rhode Island location and 10th restaurant total at 21 Universal Boulevard in Warwick Monday, awarding the first 10 guests with a $100 gift card to the restaurant.

Several of the new restaurant’s first guests camped out overnight to claim one of the first spots in line when the store opened, an event many in the city have been anxiously anticipating. The restaurant will be the brand’s first location in Rhode Island.

The company had designs on a new location in Rhode Island for some time. Earlier this year, in a choice between Cranston and Warwick locations. Warwick won in the end, said, largely because the landlord was a good fit, and also, “We just knew that Warwick is an up and coming area,” Bimonte said.
