Automated Business Solutions Acquires Expert Laser Services

WARWICK, RI —  Office equipment, IT and support firm Automated Business Solutions, has acquired print management company Expert Laser Services, based in Southbridge, MA.

Automated Business Solutions leadership is excited about the acquisition, since both companies specialize in business technology solutions. Automated Business Solutions is currently a leading force in the Office Equipment Industry, while Expert Laser Services, Inc’s expertise lies in Office Equipment Print Management. The merger combines each company’s expertise in all aspects of office productivity, according to a statement on the merger from ABS.

Expert Laser Services, Inc., established in 1990 by Luke Carpentier, has grown to one of the largest
managed print providers in New England and South Carolina. With offerings of print management, laser
printers, copiers, faxes, and scanners, Expert Laser became a full-service office equipment and management
company.

Expert Laser Services, Inc. merged with Page After Page in 2015, increasing in service, size, and
scope of services.

Automated Business Solutions, based in Warwick on Kilvert Street, was founded in 1992 by Alan Albergaria and Robert Maceroni. The company has grown without losing focus on personalized service.  The company employs more than 60 staff, including 17 professionally trained technicians.

The company’s 4,000-strong client base, covering a wide array of industries and sizes, has long relied on the skill an hard work of  those technicians.
