WARWICK, RI — Fair weather, smiles and fun were in abundance at the Rolling, Strolling Apponaug Winter Festival, as big crowds gathered outside City Hall for a parade followed by food, music, vendors, face painting, a scavenger hunt and carriage rides.

The city is excited to host this great family-friendly event and we are hoping this will become an annual tradition for years to come,” said Mayor Frank Picozzi of the event.

“Very exciting,” said Central RI Chamber of Commerce Director Lauren Slocum,  “To see the community come together. The city and the (event) committee, the whole team, have really done an amazing job.”
