Warwick, RI — The city’s streak of 20-plus sales weeks continued with 38 sales recorded through June 19, according to the Statewide MLS, setting a new record for 2015.
That marks the highest weekly total of real estate transactions for 2015 since the week ending May 1, which tallied 35 sales.
Among this week’s newly-sold homes are two that sold for nearly $500,000 each and several that sold at or above list price.
