WARWICK, RI — This Warwick weekend is perfect for pumpkin lovers, as we feature events including a pumpkin walk and a pumpkin carving competition, along with several other Halloween themed events.

The Warwick weekend weather forecast promises mostly sunny with a slight chance of showers, with a high near 59 Friday, sunny, with a high near 57 Saturday, and mostly sunny, with a high near 54 Sunday, the National Weather Service reports.

Here are some events and happenings to help you decide where you’re spending this Warwick weekend:

Warwick Weekend Events Friday: 

Wicked Woods Pumpkin Walk Join us at Rocky Point Farm on Friday, October 24 from 6:00-10:00 p.m. for the 2025 Wicked Woods Pumpkin Walk. Stroll through our enchanting pumpkin path and enjoy over 300 candle lit, hand carved pumpkins. The trail is lined with jack-o-lanterns, tiki torches, and camp fires. Watch our living statues and collect a Halloween treat. This non-scary event is perfect for young children and their families. Bring one small flashlight for your group. The trail is cleared of sticks and the grass is mowed, but there are some bumpy areas along the way. Great fun for the whole family!

  • Adult- $12
  • Kids (12 and under)- $8
  • Kids 2 and under free

Strollers and wheelchairs are not advised, as path is uneven and has exposed roots. See you there!

Farmers Market at Goddard Memorial State Park Support and enjoy local food and farmers! Join our weekly farmers market from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and get to know the hardworking people who grow your veggies, fruit, flowers, and favorite foods! For the first few weeks, the market mostly offers bedding plants, hanging plants, cut flowers, meat, early vegetable crops, honey, and maple syrup. As traditional local summer crops become available, additional vendors will participate.

Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular This fall, Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular: Trivia-2nd Edition returns September 26-November 2, with a brand-new batch of brain busters carved into the glow of thousands of pumpkins. It’s chapter two of the ultimate fall challenge. From pop culture to historical legends, each twist in the trail brings questions that spark curiosity and fun for all ages. Don’t miss New England’s “must-see” family-friendly event of the Halloween season!

Free nightly parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with optional premium parking available. Please remember to bring along your patience— the magical experience inside is worth every moment. Pumpkin trail is open nightly from 6:00-10:30 p.m., last entry at 10:00 p.m. The Spectacular is open rain or shine, all tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different date.

Bring Your Own Improv, WCFA Bring Your Own Improv is back for family friendly live performances every Friday at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tickets are $11.63. If you’re looking for something fun to do late on a Friday night in Warwick, they’ve got you covered. Their Caffeinated Insomniacs Comedy show – designed for teens and adults – is the place to be at 10 p.m. Their show welcomes voluntary audience participation. You can participate in one of three ways: applaud for a scene you like, yell out fantastic suggestions, or if you feel you’re ready, jump up and get involved.

Howl-O-Ween Dog Walk Get ready to come out on Saturday, October 25 from 12:00-3:00 p.m. for a spook-tacular day of furry fun at Rocky Point in Warwick. Bring your pups (and your costumes) for an afternoon filled with local vendors with treats and treasures, raffles with amazing prizes, costume contests for dogs and their humans, and food trucks to satisfy your cravings. Whether your pup is a ghost, a pumpkin, or a superhero, we can’t wait to see your creativity shine!

92 PRO-FM’s Kim Zandy at Warwick Mall’s Halloween Spectacular Join 92 PRO-FM’s Kim Zandy this Saturday, October 25 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Warwick Mall for their Halloween Spectacular. Hang out with characters from Altered Reality, get Halloween safety tips from the Warwick Police Department, and stop by, say hi to Kim, and spin the wheel to win awesome PRO-FM prizes. Plus, enter for your chance to win Maroon 5 tickets. We hope to see you there!

Pups at Par Join us at 150 Gray St., Warwick every Saturday from 12-4 p.m. for Pups at Par. Bring your well-behaved furry friends for a relaxing lunch at our scenic property. Treat yourself to delicious food while your pups explore and unwind in a pet-friendly atmosphere, where they can even enjoy some pup-friendly menu specials. Don’t miss out on the fun and a chance to make some new furry-friends.

Six Pack Jeep Crew Trunk or Treat Come on out to Proclamation Ale on Sunday, October 26 rom 12:00-4:00 p.m. for Six Pack Jeep Crew’s annual Trunk or Treat. There will be prizes for best decorated Jeep as well as best costume. Contests will begin at 12:30 p.m. Teddi’s Food Truck will also be on site. Don’t have a Jeep? No problem! Bring your vehicle of choice (decked out of course) and participate in the festivities.

Howl-O-Ween Hike N’ Treat Join us for a Howl-O-Ween Hike N’ Treat event to benefit the Friends of the Warwick Animal Shelter on Sunday, October 26 starting at 2:30 p.m. This is an event for the dogs and their humans, although your dog is not required to attend if you have a pup who isn’t sociable but still want to join in.

Costumes are encouraged for both but certainly not required. There will be games, dog treats, human treats, a group walk for dogs and their humans, and a pet costume contest with three chances to win. The costume contest will take place once everyone returns from the walk around 4:30 p.m. Costume contest check in will be available starting at 4:15 p.m. for those who aren’t participating in the walk and will be arriving later.

This event is free to all. All well behaved, friendly vaccinated dogs are welcome. We hope to see you there!

Pumpkins on the Seawall This Sunday, October 26, the Oakland Beach Community Association is holding its first-ever Seawall Spectacular. Bring an already carved pumpkin down to the Oakland Seawall to be displayed. There will be first, second, and third place prizes awarded for the best pumpkins. Everyone is welcome. See you there!

Trivia Sunday at Shannon View Inn Sunday Trivia Night Alert! Gather your friends and put your knowledge to the test this Sunday, October 26 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for our Funday Sunday Trivia Night.
