WARWICK, RI — This Warwick weekend events roundup has something for the whole family, featuring Fall Family Fun Day and Rocky Point’s Back to School Bash, along with Paws in the Park and several fun music opportunities.

The Warwick weekend weather forecast promises mostly clear and sunny, with a high near 73 Friday, sunny, with a high near 71 Saturday, and partly sunny with a chance of showers, and a high near 72 Sunday, the National Weather Service reports.

Here are some events and happenings to help you decide where you’re spending this Warwick weekend:

Warwick Weekend Events Friday: 

Decades Night with Ace Entertainment at Drift Bar Join us at our Drift Bar by the Pool on Friday, September 12 and enjoy a musical journey through the decades with the 70s at 7:00 p.m., 80s at 8:00 p.m., 90s at 9:00 p.m., and requests at 10:00 p.m. Show up, have some cocktails, grab a bite from our Drift Food Truck, and party the night away. The DJ plays from 7:00-11:00 p.m… see you there!

Farmers Market at Goddard Memorial State Park Support and enjoy local food and farmers! Join our weekly farmers market from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and get to know the hardworking people who grow your veggies, fruit, flowers, and favorite foods! For the first few weeks, the market mostly offers bedding plants, hanging plants, cut flowers, meat, early vegetable crops, honey, and maple syrup. As traditional local summer crops become available, additional vendors will participate.

 Roger Williams Food Truck Fridays End your week at Food Truck Friday – an outdoor food truck festival at Carousel Village starting at 5 pm. Attendance is free, just pay for what you eat and drink from an ever changing rotation of more than 15 food trucks each week.

The Carousel campus has a lot of open space and rolling hills shaded by trees, the perfect spot to grab dinner from a food truck and listen to music and entertainment during the park’s Food Truck Fridays event. The outdoor food truck festival at Carousel Village starts at 5 pm. Attendance is free, just pay for what you eat and drink from an ever changing rotation of more than 15 food trucks each week.

Bring Your Own Improv, WCFA Bring Your Own Improv is back for family friendly live performances every Friday at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tickets are $11.63. If you’re looking for something fun to do late on a Friday night in Warwick, they’ve got you covered. Their Caffeinated Insomniacs Comedy show – designed for teens and adults – is the place to be at 10 p.m. Their show welcomes voluntary audience participation. You can participate in one of three ways: applaud for a scene you like, yell out fantastic suggestions, or if you feel you’re ready, jump up and get involved.

Warwick Weekend Events Saturday:

Back to School Bash at Rocky Point Join in the fun this Saturday, September 13 from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. and come on out to the Back to School Bash at Rocky Point. Warwick Parks and Recreation has planned a great, fun-filled day fort the whole family. There will be marketplace vendors, free kid’s activities, food trucks, and more. The weather looks like it’s going to be a nice day, so bring a chair or blanket and join us for a fun afternoon.

23rd Annual Paws in the Park Come out to Goddard State Park on Saturday, September 13 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. for RISPCA’s 23rd Annual Paws in the Park. Bring your furry friends for a tail-wagging good time filled with fun activities, vendors, raffles, and more all to support homeless pets in need. There will be Dog Walk & Activities, Kids’ Activities, Vendor Marketplace, Canine Costume Contest, Food Trucks, and Raffles. Every step you take helps give animals a second chance at love and a forever home. See you there!

Pups at Par Join us at 150 Gray St., Warwick every Saturday from 12-4 p.m. for Pups at Par. Bring your well-behaved furry friends for a relaxing lunch at our scenic property. Treat yourself to delicious food while your pups explore and unwind in a pet-friendly atmosphere, where they can even enjoy some pup-friendly menu specials. Don’t miss out on the fun and a chance to make some new furry-friends.

Conimicut Village Farmers Market Come to our local farmers market every Saturday morning starting June 7 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Enjoy fresh, locally grown produce, unique handmade goods, and support small businesses in your community. It’s a great way to connect with neighbors and experience the vibrant flavors of the season.

This farmers market will take place every Saturday till Sept. 27.

Warwick Weekend Events Sunday:

Trivia Sunday at Shannon View Inn Sunday Trivia Night Alert! Gather your friends and put your knowledge to the test this Sunday, September 14 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for our Funday Sunday Trivia Night. Whether you’re a trivia master or just in it for the fun, there’s something for everyone. Prizes, drinks, and a whole lot of brainpower await. Get ready for a night of laughs, learning, and a little friendly competition. See you there!

Fall Family Fun Day Come on out to St. Gregory The Great Church on Sunday, September 14 from 12:00-4:00 p.m. for a Fall Family Fun Day. This event will feature food trucks, face painting, a beer garden, games for all ages, and live music by Don’t Think Twice. No admission fee necessary.
