WARWICK, RI — Enjoy one of the last Warwick weekends before back to school by attending a Back to School Marketplace, Summer Fun at Rocky Point, a biker swap meet, or the 2025 Fall Pollinator Expo.
The Warwick Weekend events weather forecast promises mostly sunny, with a high near 77 Friday, sunny, with a high near 80 Saturday, and mostly sunny, with a high near 78 Sunday, the National Weather Service reports. For beach -goers, the service also warns of a High-Surf Advisory now through Saturday, with large breaking waves of 5 to 19 feet in the surf zone. The advisory warns of dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion.
Here are some events and happenings to help you decide where you’re spending this Warwick weekend:
Warwick Weekend Events Friday:
Farmers Market at Goddard Memorial State Park Support and enjoy local food and farmers! Join our weekly farmers market from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and get to know the hardworking people who grow your veggies, fruit, flowers, and favorite foods! For the first few weeks, the market mostly offers bedding plants, hanging plants, cut flowers, meat, early vegetable crops, honey, and maple syrup. As traditional local summer crops become available, additional vendors will participate.
Roger Williams Food Truck Fridays End your week at Food Truck Friday – an outdoor food truck festival at Carousel Village starting at 5 pm. Attendance is free, just pay for what you eat and drink from an ever changing rotation of more than 15 food trucks each week.
The Carousel campus has a lot of open space and rolling hills shaded by trees, the perfect spot to grab dinner from a food truck and listen to music and entertainment during the park’s Food Truck Fridays event. The outdoor food truck festival at Carousel Village starts at 5 pm. Attendance is free, just pay for what you eat and drink from an ever changing rotation of more than 15 food trucks each week.
Bring Your Own Improv, WCFA Bring Your Own Improv is back for family friendly live performances every Friday at 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. Tickets are $11.63. If you’re looking for something fun to do late on a Friday night in Warwick, they’ve got you covered. Their Caffeinated Insomniacs Comedy show – designed for teens and adults – is the place to be at 10 p.m. Their show welcomes voluntary audience participation. You can participate in one of three ways: applaud for a scene you like, yell out fantastic suggestions, or if you feel you’re ready, jump up and get involved.
Thayer Arena Public Skate Through August Fridays, Public Skate is open to skaters of all ages. Cost to Skate is $5 – Children 5 and under are free. Skate Rentals are available at Sandy Lane Sports across the street from the rink.

Children 12 years and younger must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian who is 18 years or older. Children ages 13-17 without an adult staying onsite must be paid for and signed in by an adult that can leave emergency contact information. Only persons wearing skates are permitted on the ice surface. Helmets are strongly recommended for all skaters.
Warwick Weekend Events Saturday:
2025 Fall Pollinator Expo Join us at Clouds Hill Museum on Saturday, August 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for a day of learning and celebration. The Clouds Hill Center for the Outdoors will be open for our pollinator plant walks. There will be two featured guest speakers, Tyler Hertzwig, Apiary Specialist and Katie Schortmann, Audubon Society, along with many vendors and children’s activities. All are welcome. Bring your questions, curiosities, and passion for pollinators. Together, let’s help our gardens and local wildlife thrive this fall and beyond.
Summer Fun at Rocky Point Mark your calendars! Come on out to 130 Rocky Point Avenue on Saturday, August 23 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for Good Family Day in the Park. Enjoy fare from food trucks, shop great products from local vendors, and enjoy live music— all with breathtaking views of the Bay to take in. The Down City Band will perform from 12:00-3:00 p.m. They’re an eight-membered band with a repertoire consisting of a wide range of genres, including blues, classic rock, country, hip-hop, and more. We hope to see you there!
Pups at Par Join us at 150 Gray St., Warwick every Saturday from 12-4 p.m. for Pups at Par. Bring your well-behaved furry friends for a relaxing lunch at our scenic property. Treat yourself to delicious food while your pups explore and unwind in a pet-friendly atmosphere, where they can even enjoy some pup-friendly menu specials. Don’t miss out on the fun and a chance to make some new furry-friends.
Conimicut Village Farmers Market Come to our local farmers market every Saturday morning starting June 7 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Enjoy fresh, locally grown produce, unique handmade goods, and support small businesses in your community. It’s a great way to connect with neighbors and experience the vibrant flavors of the season.
This farmers market will take place every Saturday from June 7 to Sept. 27.
